There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 4 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions and smart lock details. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. All units are set up to allow for direct entry via door code or lock box any time after 4 PM on the day of arrival. Guests are asked to contact Whistler Retreats to provide payment for the resort fee and damage deposit, after which instructions and driving directions, as well as door/lock box codes and parking information will be emailed (at least 7 days prior to arrival).
